Working out has always been tricky for me. You can ask anyone who knows me I was never one to go to the gym. I think it’s because I’ve played so many sports in my lifetime that I never needed to do anything else. Well now that I’ve graduated I am not playing squash everyday, so I am trying to find the right workout routine for me.
As for workout classes, I’ve done them all, barre, boxing, spinning, pilates. Soul cycle has been a major key to my weekly workouts. I find the classes fun yet challenging, if you push yourself. I also love boxing, and not just because all the angel models do it, because its an intense workout that also allows you to get rid of any built up anger by punching someone. It’s actually quite therapeutic, especially if you take your boyfriend 😉
